TheKönner & Söhnen KS 35-3BE is a three-phase diesel generator housed in a soundproof enclosure, designed to provide a stable backup power supply for facilities with a voltage of 230/400 V. The model has a rated power of 25.6 kW and a maximum power of 28 kW, making it suitable for private homes with a three-phase supply, commercial premises, workshops, warehouses, service areas, production equipment, pumping systems and other critical loads.

The power station is equipped with a water-cooled 4-cylinder 4M06G35/5 diesel engine. The engine operates at a low speed of 1,500 rpm, which is important for stable operation under load, reduced wear on key components and better suitability for longer operating cycles. The engine’s output power is 30 kW / 40 hp, and its displacement is 2,300 cm³.

For more precise and stable operation during load changes, the model features an electronic engine speed control system. This helps maintain stable power supply parameters, which is particularly important for equipment with electric motors, automation systems, engineering systems, pumps, compressors and other machinery requiring a reliable power source.

The built-in AVR voltage regulator helps to stabilise the output voltage and reduce the risk of unwanted fluctuations. As a result, the KS 35-3BE is better suited for powering various types of loads where stability, predictable operation and protection of connected equipment are important.

The power station is controlled via a Datakom D300 controller with a graphical LCD display. It displays key operating parameters and allows you to monitor start-up modes, warnings, fault conditions and system operation. This makes operation more convenient for both daily use and professional maintenance.

The model supports ATS connection, so it can be used as part of an automatic backup power supply system. When fitted with the appropriate automation, the power station can start up in the event of a mains power failure and supply power to critical three-phase loads.

The KS 35-3BE is housed in a noise-insulated, moisture-proof, metal, all-weather and vandal-proof enclosure. The housing features a galvanised coating and powder coating, which enhances the metal components’ resistance to external influences. The protection rating is IP54, making the power station well-suited for fixed installation, provided requirements for ventilation, foundations and protection against the elements are met.

The 59-litre fuel tank ensures long-lasting autonomous operation. With a fuel consumption of 3.43 l/h at 50% load, the estimated running time at 100% load is approximately 8.6 hours. When using the generator as the primary power source, it is recommended not to exceed a continuous load of 80% of the rated power.
