About GENERATOR.EU
Your specialist retailer for power stations, solar solutions and emergency power supplies.
GENERATOR.EU is a specialist retailer based in Unterschleißheim, near Munich. We help private and business customers choose solutions for mobile energy, the use of solar power and power supply during mains outages.
Whether you want to power electrical devices whilst on the move, use solar energy at home or create a power reserve for your business: we’ll help you find the right technology to meet your actual needs.
Our aim is for you to understand what you’re buying, why it’s suitable for your project, and who you can turn to even after delivery.
Good advice starts with your requirements
For us, it all starts with your specific requirements. Which devices do you want to power? How long do you need a power supply for? Where will the system be used, and what charging or expansion options are important to you?
Based on this, we’ll discuss the most suitable options with you. In doing so, we’ll take into account power output, storage capacity, operating conditions, compatibility and your budget. We’ll explain the differences clearly and also speak openly about the limitations of any solution.
This includes, for example, clarifying before purchase which functions will actually be available in the event of a power cut, and whether additional accessories or a professional installation are required for your intended use.
Our aim is to find a solution that suits you.

We will take note of your enquiry, clarify the next steps with you and, if necessary, involve the relevant manufacturer or their service department.
As the seller, we remain your point of contact for your statutory rights in respect of defects. Any additional manufacturer’s warranty is subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant manufacturer. This does not restrict your statutory rights.
