Your right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins as soon as you or a person designated by you (who is not the delivery person) has received the goods.

You can use the cancellation form below for this purpose. The only important thing is that you inform us within 14 days that you wish to withdraw from the contract. If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund the purchase price and the costs of the cheapest standard delivery (but not additional costs for express or special deliveries).

The refund will be made within 14 days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Returning the goods

  • You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after your cancellation.
  • You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
  • Please return the goods in unused, undamaged condition and in the original packaging if possible. However, this is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
  • If the goods are damaged or heavily worn due to excessive use, you must pay for the loss in value.

Right of withdrawal only for consumers

This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code). There is no right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB).

Return costs for freight goods

Please note: When returning freight goods (e.g. generators), the customer bears the direct return costs. These can be considerable depending on the weight and delivery location:

  • up to 50 kg: up to £70 (within the United Kingdom)
  • 50–150 kg: up to £160 (within the United Kingdom)
  • 150–300 kg: up to £240 (within the UK)
  • over 300 kg: from £270

For returns from abroad (EU), the costs may be higher and can amount to up to £440.

The exact return costs for freight goods will be communicated to the customer in the event of cancellation and are based on weight, distance and current freight prices.

The return costs for freight goods are at least equal to the original delivery costs and may be significantly higher depending on distance and weight.

Returns must be made after prior consultation with us. Returns that have not been agreed upon cannot be accepted. The costs of an unpaid return that has not been agreed upon with us in advance will be charged to the customer. Returns without prior agreement or unpaid returns will not be accepted. Any costs incurred will be charged to the customer.

Note on compensation for loss of value

A generator that has been filled with operating materials (e.g. petrol, diesel, oil) and put into operation is no longer considered new. In the event of a return, we are entitled to claim the loss in value up to the full purchase price if it is no longer possible to resell the item as new.

Please note: Even brief use with fuel regularly leads to a significant loss in value, as the device can no longer be sold as new.
