Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. In the case of multiple items ordered as part of a single order and delivered separately, the period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at www.generator.eu by clicking the ‘Withdraw from contract’ button at the bottom of each page. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) containing information on the content of the notice of withdrawal, as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make this refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you post the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, the costs of returning them within Germany are estimated at the following maximum amounts: up to 50 kg 70 euros, 50 to 150 kg 160 euros, 150 to 300 kg: 280 euros; over 300 kg: 500 euros. For returns from other EU countries, the costs are estimated at a maximum of 500 euros. Upon request, we will inform you of the estimated specific costs before you commission a courier service.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to check their condition, characteristics and functionality.
