Since 1 January 2023 a VAT rate of 0 % applies to certain photovoltaic products.
Up to 30 kWp no proof is required. The conditions are deemed met if the installed gross capacity of the system according to the Marktstammdatenregister does not and will not exceed 30 kilowatts (peak).
If the goods are not bought for a photovoltaic system — for camping, travel or resale, for example — the regular rate applies. Choose 19 % VAT in that case.
Should the conditions not have been met despite your confirmation, the statutory VAT may be charged afterwards.

Secure paymentThe Jackery SolarVault 3 Pro Max is a modern solar storage system with a built-in inverter, designed for balcony power stations and domestic solar installations. You can simply store surplus solar energy from during the day for use in the evening, rather than feeding it unused back into the grid.
With a storage capacity ranging from 2.52 to 15.12 kWh, the SolarVault 3 Pro Max is suitable for both smaller households and users with higher energy requirements. The capacity can be expanded modularly with additional Jackery BP2500 batteries — so the system grows in line with your consumption.
The bidirectional AC power output of 800 W or up to 2,500 W enables charging and discharging via the AC connection: energy from the solar system or the grid is absorbed and fed back into the home as required. With an output of up to 2,500 W, you can power typical household appliances and reduce your reliance on the mains, particularly in the evening.
The PV input, with a capacity of 4,000 W and 4 independent MPPT trackers, ensures that multiple solar panels can be integrated efficiently — even if they are oriented differently or receive uneven light.
In everyday life, this means: during the day, the storage unit charges using solar power; in the evening, it reliably powers the fridge, router, lighting, chargers, home office equipment and other continuous-use appliances in the home.
The SolarVault 3 Pro Max also comes into its own with dynamic electricity tariffs: via the app, you can take advantage of cheap charging times and draw on stored energy precisely when electricity is more expensive. This allows you to actively reduce your electricity costs, not just through increased self-consumption.
AI mode takes care of the finer details: it analyses electricity prices, weather data and your consumption patterns, and creates suitable charging and discharging schedules without you having to intervene manually.
Everything is conveniently controlled via the Jackery app — via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or Ethernet. Ethernet offers the most stable connection, whilst Bluetooth is suitable for local control when Wi-Fi is not available. This allows you to keep an eye on the charge level, energy flows and settings at all times.
Safety is the top priority: long-lasting LFP battery technology, a battery management system, temperature monitoring of the connections and an integrated aerosol fire suppression system protect the storage unit during continuous operation.
The robust housing with IP65 protection withstands dust and splash water, making it suitable for utility rooms, garages or sheltered outdoor areas. Measuring 485 × 248 × 282 mm and weighing 26.5 ± 0.5 kg, the system remains pleasantly compact.
