Bluetti EP2000+4xB700 Home Backup Power Station

The Bluetti EP2000+4xB700 is a powerful home backup power station designed for locations requiring a large energy reserve and high output power. The configuration with four B700 batteries provides 29.49 kWh of capacity and 20 kW of output power, making it suitable for large private homes, villas, farms, workshops, small businesses and premises with a large number of critical loads.

This version is designed not only for short-term emergency power supply but also for a more substantial level of self-sufficiency. The system can support the operation of lighting, refrigeration equipment, pumps, automation, heating, the home network, office equipment, some kitchen appliances, electric vehicle charging or a heat pump — provided it is correctly designed and the load is distributed appropriately.

The kit consists of an EP2000 hybrid inverter, an HV800 voltage controller and four B700 battery modules. Each battery features LiFePO₄ chemistry, a rated capacity of 7372.8 Wh and IP65 protection. For a kit with four batteries, the usable capacity is approximately 26.54 kWh.

The system’s solar potential is one of the EP2000’s key advantages. The inverter supports the connection of solar panels with a capacity of up to 30 kW, has an MPPT range of 160–850 V, and allows for the efficient use of solar generation to power the home and charge the batteries. This makes the system ideal for owners of large rooftop solar power plants or those planning to expand their solar infrastructure.

In Backup mode, the system provides backup power in the event of a grid outage with a switchover time of less than 10 ms. In Self-Consumption mode, it helps increase your own consumption of solar energy. Time of Use is useful where there is a difference between day and night tariffs, whilst Custom Mode allows you to flexibly configure the system’s behaviour via the BLUETTI App.
