Delivery

Delivery time within Germany

The delivery time is 1–4 working days. There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Orders received on working days by 2 p.m. will be shipped on the same day.

For freight deliveries, the delivery time may be extended by 1–2 working days depending on the product and delivery location.

If a delivery fails due to the customer's unwillingness to accept it or incorrect address details, the customer shall bear the additional costs incurred (e.g. repeat delivery or storage costs).

If the customer refuses to accept freight goods without legal reason, they shall bear the full costs of return transport and any storage costs.

Delivery time abroad

The delivery time is usually 5–7 working days.

Please note: For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply. These are to be borne by the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.

Returns of freight goods are only accepted via carriers commissioned by us. Returns sent without prior agreement will not be accepted.

Shipping methods

Depending on the size and weight of your order, delivery will be made by DHL, DPD, UPS or by freight forwarder.

For freight forwarder deliveries, the delivery date will be agreed with you in advance by telephone. Please ensure that you can be reached by telephone.

Heavy and bulky goods (generators weighing approx. 50 kg or more) will only be delivered by freight forwarder. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.

Delivery by freight forwarder is to the kerbside. Transport within the property or into buildings is not included and must be arranged separately if required.

• Island surcharge (German islands): £20.00
• Cash on delivery surcharge: £7.00 (shown separately during the ordering process)

Note: For cross-border deliveries outside the EU, fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.

All shipping costs quoted are including statutory VAT (unless otherwise stated).

The return costs for freight goods may be equal to or exceed the original delivery costs.

Payment methods

We offer the following payment options:

1. Prepayment / bank transfer

   Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer. Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received.

2. PayPal

   You can pay conveniently via PayPal.

3. Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / others, if applicable)

   Your credit card account will be charged upon completion of the order.

4. Cash on delivery (only in Germany)

   You pay the invoice amount directly to the parcel delivery service upon delivery. This incurs an additional fee of £7.00.

5. Invoice (only for business customers after verification)

   Business customers with a valid VAT ID number can be supplied on account.

Invoicing and value added tax

• All prices include statutory value added tax.
• For deliveries to businesses within the EU (outside Germany), a net invoice without German VAT can be issued if a valid VAT ID number is provided.
• For deliveries to Switzerland and other non-EU countries, invoices are issued net, and import VAT is paid by the recipient.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days for online orders.

Returned items should be in unused, undamaged condition and in their original packaging if possible. However, this is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

A mere refusal to accept delivery without an express declaration of withdrawal does not constitute an effective withdrawal.

Note on compensation for lost value

A generator that has been filled with fuel (e.g. petrol, diesel, oil) and put into operation is no longer considered new. In the event of a withdrawal, we are entitled to claim the loss in value up to the full purchase price if it is no longer possible to resell the item as new.

For certain items (e.g. in the context of direct shipping/dropshipping), delivery is made directly by the manufacturer or wholesaler. In these cases, their shipping and packaging conditions apply. We have only limited influence on the specific delivery time. In the case of

In the case of direct shipping/dropshipping, the responsibility for delivery time, packaging and transport damage lies with the respective manufacturer or wholesaler. Our liability is limited exclusively to the proper forwarding of the order.

Please note: Even brief use with operating materials regularly leads to a considerable loss in value, as the device can no longer be sold as new.

Direct shipping/dropshipping: we are not liable for delays attributable to the manufacturer or wholesaler.

Please check the goods for externally visible transport damage upon delivery and have this confirmed in writing by the carrier. Without written confirmation, settlement by the transport insurance cannot be guaranteed.

In the event of visible transport damage, the customer is obliged to have this confirmed by the carrier immediately upon delivery.

Transport damage that is not documented immediately upon delivery and confirmed by the carrier cannot be claimed retrospectively.
