The Jackery JA BP2500 is a high-performance additional battery for Jackery SolarVault 3 systems. With a capacity of 2.52 kWh, it expands the available energy storage and helps to store more solar power for later use.

The extension battery is ideal for households looking to increase their self-sufficiency, reduce electricity bills or achieve a longer backup time during power cuts. Surplus solar energy can be stored during the day and used in the evening, at night or during power cuts.

At its core is a long-lasting LiFePO4 battery. This battery technology is renowned for its high safety standards, stable performance and long service life. The Jackery JA BP2500 achieves more than 6,000 charge cycles down to 70% capacity, making it designed for many years of regular use.

The modular design makes expansion particularly easy. Multiple BP2500 battery modules can be stacked to gradually increase the system’s storage capacity. This allows the energy system to be flexibly adapted to the household’s actual needs.

Integration requires no complicated cabling. The battery is specifically designed for the Jackery SolarVault 3 Pro and Jackery SolarVault 3 Max AC systems and is automatically recognised by the system. The available capacity can be monitored in real time via the Jackery app.

Safety is ensured by an integrated Battery Management System. It protects the battery against overcharging, deep discharge, short circuits, overvoltage and overheating. This ensures stable and safe operation, even with regular everyday use.

The robust casing has an IP65 rating, making the battery dust-tight and splash-proof. The operating temperature range of -20°C to +55°C allows for use in a variety of conditions.

The Jackery JA BP2500 uses passive cooling. Heat is dissipated via integrated heat-dissipating surfaces, without the need for fans or moving parts. This ensures completely silent operation, making it suitable for living areas, utility rooms or other noise-sensitive environments.

With compact dimensions of approximately 450×300×350 mm, the battery takes up very little floor space. Thanks to its stackable design, additional storage capacity can be added in a space-saving manner. Weighing approximately 28 kg, it stands firmly on the ground.
