The Pramac GRW 150 I - BAU 400V is a powerful diesel generator housed in a soundproof enclosure, designed to provide stable backup or long-term autonomous power supply for industrial, commercial and technical facilities. The model delivers 120.0 kW of rated power and up to 132.0 kW of maximum power, operates on a 400/230 V three-phase network and is suitable for applications where reliability, durability and ease of service access are essential.
At the heart of the unit is a 6.7-litre FPT NEF67TEVP06 diesel engine, a 6-cylinder in-line unit with water cooling, turbocharging and an aftercooler. This configuration ensures reliable operation under load, stable fuel efficiency and compliance with the Stage V emissions standard. At 100% load, fuel consumption is 30.92 l/h, and the built-in 310-litre fuel tank provides up to 10.03 hours of autonomous operation.
The generator is housed in a robust, corrosion-resistant casing made of galvanised panels, designed for harsh operating conditions. The base frame is sealed to retain up to 110% of operating fluids and is equipped with forklift pockets and handling aids for easy movement. The design also includes service doors on both sides, a central lifting point, a manual battery switch, protection for hot components, an oil drain pump, a 6-way fuel valve for connecting an external tank, and a sump leak detection sensor.
For the BAU version, configuration flexibility is a key advantage. The model can be equipped with an ACP panel featuring AMF functionality, full generator monitoring and protection, an event log, a charger, and support for remote start/stop. An MPP panel is also available for parallel operation of up to 32 generators, featuring a 7-inch colour display and advanced communication capabilities. Options available for this configuration include BFB, QFC/QFC1 quick-connect fuel and urea connectors, and an IMD insulation monitoring device instead of standard differential protection.
The Pramac GRW 150 I - BAU 400V is well suited to sites requiring a reliable three-phase power supply, readiness for integration into automatic backup systems, and the ability to flexibly select equipment to suit a specific site or technical requirements.
