Pramac GDW 135 I (B15) 400V diesel generator

The Pramac GDW 135 I 400/230 V is a powerful three-phase diesel generator designed for facilities where high performance, a stable power supply and the ability to operate continuously are essential. The model delivers 108.9 kW of maximum power and 98.8 kW of rated power, making it well-suited for manufacturing plants, warehouse complexes, service centres, engineering infrastructure and backup power for large facilities.

The unit is built around an FPT NEF45TM3 diesel engine with a displacement of 4,500 cm³. The engine features turbocharging and an intercooler, which helps it operate stably under heavy loads and maintain consistent power output during prolonged operation. Liquid cooling ensures reliable thermal management, whilst a mechanical speed governor makes the generator’s operation predictable in daily use.

For quick start-up, the model is equipped with an electric starter and a 12 V / 100 Ah battery. This configuration improves ease of start-up and is particularly useful for backup systems where the equipment needs to switch on quickly in the event of a mains power failure. The large battery capacity provides added confidence during regular start-ups and operation in more challenging conditions.

The generator operates at 400/230 V, 50 Hz and is three-phase. The model is fitted with a Mecc Alte ECP34-1M 4C brushless alternator with insulation class H and protection rating IP23. The maximum current is 196 A, making the generator suitable for powering high-power three-phase equipment, pumping systems, production lines, ventilation and other critical loads.

A key advantage of this version is the 350-litre internal fuel tank, which ensures long-term autonomous operation without frequent refuelling. In the Canopy version, the model measures 2757×1120×1846 mm, weighs 1580 kg and has a noise level of 68/97 dB.
