Pramac GDW 175 I (B20) 400V diesel generator

The Pramac GDW 175 I 400/230 V Stage II is a powerful three-phase diesel generator designed for sites requiring a stable power supply with a large power reserve and reliable long-term operation. The model delivers 141.2 kW of maximum power and 127.9 kW of rated power, making it well-suited for production sites, service centres, warehouse facilities, technical hubs and backup power for large commercial or industrial sites.

This version utilises an FPT NEF67TM3A diesel engine with a displacement of 6,700 cm³. The six-cylinder in-line design, turbocharging and aftercooler enable the generator to operate consistently under heavy loads and maintain reliable power output. Liquid cooling helps maintain a reliable thermal regime, whilst the mechanical speed governor ensures predictable operation during daily use.

For quick start-up, the generator is equipped with an electric starter and a 12 V battery system. This is a practical solution for backup systems where it is important to supply power quickly without unnecessary steps. This configuration enhances the convenience of daily use and makes the model better suited for intensive operation.

The generator operates at 400/230 V, 50 Hz and is three-phase. The model uses a Mecc Alte ECP34 2L4 C brushless alternator with insulation class H and protection rating IP23. The maximum current is 255 A, and fuel consumption at 100% load is 36.13 l/h, allowing the unit to be used to power high-power three-phase equipment, pumping stations, ventilation systems, production lines and other critical infrastructure.

In the Canopy version, the generator has an internal 350-litre fuel tank, dimensions of 3090×1100×1852 mm, a weight of 1784 kg and a noise level of 68/97 dB.
