The Pramac GRW 200 I - BAU 400V is a powerful, sound-insulated diesel generator designed for sites requiring a reliable three-phase power supply with a high power reserve. The model is well suited to construction sites, industrial zones, technical complexes, logistics centres, agricultural enterprises and other locations where equipment must operate consistently both in standby mode and under sustained load.
The generator delivers 163.5 kW of rated power and up to 181.1 kW of maximum power, operates on a 400/230 V network at a frequency of 50 Hz and is designed for three-phase connection. This level of power allows for the reliable supply of large consumers, groups of equipment and complex engineering systems, where not only the power itself but also the stability of the power supply parameters is important.
This model is fitted with an FPT NEF67TEVP05 diesel engine with a displacement of 6,700 cm³. This is a 6-cylinder in-line power unit with turbocharging, an aftercooler and liquid cooling, which ensures reliable operation under load and stable performance in demanding operating conditions. An electronic speed governor and an electronic voltage regulation system help maintain smooth generator operation, which is particularly important for sensitive equipment and a stable power supply.
The Pramac GRW 200 I - BAU 400V features a sound-insulated galvanised enclosure with service doors on both sides, facilitating maintenance and access to key components. The design is based on a reinforced frame with anti-corrosion protection, forklift pockets and a lifting point, making the generator easy to transport and position on site. Standard equipment also includes protection for hot parts, a documentation holder, a manual battery switch, an oil drain pump, a 6-way fuel valve for connecting an external tank, and a system to monitor potential leaks in the sump.
The 310-litre fuel tank gives the generator good running time for its class. At 100% load, fuel consumption is 42.88 l/h, and running time reaches 7.23 hours. At 75% load, consumption is lower — 31.93 l/h — and running time increases to 9.71 hours. The Stage V version features a separate 43-litre DEF tank, which is essential for the proper operation of the exhaust after-treatment system.
In the BAU configuration, the generator is designed for practical use on site. The ACP panel provides parameter monitoring, generator protection, an event log, fuel level indication, operating hours, and AMF support for automatic start-up in the event of a mains power failure. This is why this model is well suited for sites where a ready-made solution is required for reliable integration into a backup power supply system, rather than simply a power source.
Additionally, useful options are available for this platform: Dual Frequency Switch 50/60 Hz, Voltage Selector Switch, IMD insulation monitoring, internal cabinet and control panel lighting, heavy-duty HDF air filter, quick-connect QFC/QFC1 fuel and coolant connectors, BFB frame bumpers and other accessories to adapt the generator to a specific site and operating mode.
