ThePramac GDW 190 I 400/230 V is a powerful three-phase diesel generator designed for critical facilities requiring a stable, independent power supply, a high power reserve and reliable operation under heavy loads. The model delivers 152.5 kW of maximum power and 138.3 kW of rated power, making it well-suited for manufacturing plants, warehouse complexes, technical facilities, engineering infrastructure, service centres, and backup power for large commercial or industrial sites.

At the heart of the generator is an FPT NEF67TM4 diesel engine with a displacement of 6,700 cm³. This is a 6-cylinder in-line turbocharged power unit designed for stable operation in long cycles and well suited to systems where not only peak power but also consistent performance under constant load is important. Liquid cooling allows for better control of the thermal regime, whilst a mechanical speed governor ensures predictable behaviour of the unit during operation.

One of the practical advantages of this model is the electric start from a 12 V battery system. This configuration simplifies start-up and makes the generator suitable for backup scenarios where equipment needs to switch on quickly following the loss of the main power supply. This is particularly important for facilities with critical loads, as a fast and reliable start-up directly affects the continuity of operation of safety systems, ventilation, pumps, automation and other vital equipment.

The generator operates at 400/230 V, 50 Hz and has 3 phases, making it suitable for powering high-power three-phase loads. The model uses a Mecc Alte ECO38 1S4 C brushless alternator with insulation class H and protection rating IP23. The maximum current is 275 A, which allows this unit to be used with powerful engineering systems, industrial equipment, compressors, pumping stations, large-area lighting and production lines.

Thanks to its 350-litre internal fuel tank, the generator can operate for extended periods without frequent refuelling, which is convenient for facilities with continuous operation or a backup power supply system. At 100% load, fuel consumption is 36.28 l/h, and at 75% load, it is 27.58 l/h. This information allows for more accurate planning of autonomous operation, fuel costs and generator maintenance schedules for a specific load.

In the Canopy version, the model has dimensions of 3090×1100×1852 mm, a weight of 1874 kg and a noise level of 67/96 dB. If an even quieter version is required, the file also includes the Extra Silent version, where the noise level is reduced to 64/93 dB.
