ThePramac GDW 210 P 400/230 V Stage IIIA is a powerful three-phase diesel generator designed for facilities with high energy consumption, where voltage stability, high durability and the ability to operate continuously under heavy loads are critical. The model delivers 168.6 kW of maximum power and 152.6 kW of rated power, making it well-suited for manufacturing plants, warehouse complexes, logistics centres, technical infrastructure, pumping stations, ventilation systems, service areas and backup power for large commercial or industrial facilities.
This version uses a Perkins 1106D-E70TAG4 diesel engine with a displacement of 7,010 cm³. This is a 6-cylinder in-line turbocharged power unit, which is well suited for stable, long-term operation under high loads. This model also features an electronic speed governor, which is a significant advantage for a generator of this class, as it helps maintain operating parameters more accurately and ensures more predictable behaviour of the unit under varying loads. Liquid cooling maintains a stable temperature regime and positively impacts reliability during prolonged operating cycles.
Particular attention should be paid to the start-up and operational readiness of the model. The generator is equipped with an electric start and a 12 V battery system, which simplifies commissioning and makes it suitable for backup scenarios where rapid power supply is essential following the loss of the main power source. This is particularly relevant for large facilities, as such systems often require the immediate restoration of power to critical components — automation, lighting, ventilation, pumps, server solutions or other mission-critical equipment.
The Pramac GDW 210 P operates at 400/230 V, 50 Hz and has 3 phases, making it suitable for fully powering a high-power three-phase load. The model is fitted with a Mecc Alte ECO38 2S4 C brushless alternator with insulation class H and protection rating IP23. The maximum current is 304 A, allowing the generator to be used with energy-intensive engineering systems, industrial lines, compressor equipment, ventilation systems, pumping stations, large-area lighting and other three-phase loads.
Another strong point of this model is the ability to achieve good autonomy thanks to various fuel tank configurations. The file for this version lists several options, and a 600-litre tank is available for the domestic version. With a fuel consumption of 43.14 l/h at 100% load, the approximate running time with such a tank is around 13.91 hours, making the model suitable for long-term standby or operational cycles. At 75% load, consumption is 34.26 l/h, which is also important for planning operating costs and refuelling schedules.
In the Canopy soundproof version, the generator measures 3702×1200×2050 mm, weighs 2365 kg and has a noise level of 68/97 dB. For sites with higher acoustic comfort requirements, the file also includes the Extra Silent version, in which noise is reduced to 64/94 dB. Thanks to the combination of high power, a reliable Perkins engine, an electronic speed governor, electric start and the soundproofed design, the Pramac GDW 210 P 400/230 V Stage IIIA is a robust solution for businesses and technical facilities requiring a durable generator for stable daily or standby operation.
