The Bluetti AC300 inverter is a powerful modular power hub designed for building a home or portable backup power system. The model has a rated power of 3000 W, a peak power of 6000 W and a pure sine wave, making it suitable for powering household appliances, electronics, computers, network equipment, lighting, fridges, tools and other devices within the permissible load limits.
An important feature of this model is that the Bluetti AC300 does not have a built-in battery. It is essentially an inverter control unit that works in conjunction with an external Bluetti B300 battery module. Without the B300 battery, the inverter will not function, so a compatible battery pack must be considered immediately when selecting the system.
Modular architecture is one of the main advantages of the Bluetti AC300. Up to 4 B300 battery modules, each with a capacity of 3072 Wh, can be connected to a single inverter. In its maximum configuration, the system can achieve a total capacity of up to 12,288 Wh. This allows you to create solutions for both basic backup power and longer-term off-grid operation of a home, office or technical equipment.
The inverter outputs a pure sine wave, which is important for the correct operation of sensitive electronics, power supplies, computer equipment, pumps, refrigerators, communication systems, boilers and other equipment. Unlike simplified inverters, a pure sine wave is better suited to equipment that is demanding in terms of power quality.
The Bluetti AC300 supports UPS functionality, meaning it can be used as a backup power source for the home. This mode is useful during power cuts when you need to keep essential devices running: routers, computers, lighting, CCTV systems, alarms, fridges or other appliances.
There are 6 AC 220 V outputs for connecting AC devices. This allows you to power several devices simultaneously without having to constantly switch cables. However, the user must monitor the total load to ensure it does not exceed the inverter’s capacity.
For modern gadgets and mobile electronics, the model features a wide range of outputs. It features 2 USB-A ports (up to 15 W), 2 USB-A Quick Charge ports (18 W ) and 1 USB Type-C PD port (100 W). The USB-C PD 100 W port is particularly convenient for charging laptops, tablets, smartphones, portable consoles and other devices that support fast charging.
In addition to AC and USB outputs, the inverter features DC outputs: 1×24 V/10 A and 1×12 V/30 A. Wireless charging is also included, adding convenience for smartphones and compatible accessories. Thanks to this range of connections, the Bluetti AC300 can simultaneously power household appliances, DC devices and mobile electronics.
A solar input with a capacity of up to 2400 W allows the system to be charged quickly from solar panels. Thanks to the MPPT controller, the inverter makes efficient use of solar energy and optimises the charging process. For the B300 battery module with a capacity of 3072 Wh, it is claimed that it can be charged from solar panels in approximately 1.5 hours under favourable conditions.
The model supports 7 charging methods: from the AC mains, solar panel, car, generator, lead-acid battery, dual AC, and combined AC + solar panel mode. This flexibility allows the system to be used in various scenarios: at home, at a holiday home, on the road, in a standalone solar system, or as a backup during unstable power supply.
For rapid recharging, dual charging is supported, utilising both solar power and an AC adapter simultaneously. It is also possible to adjust the charging speed from the mains. The system can be charged via a wall socket with a power output ranging from 1800 W to 3000 W, depending on user requirements and connection conditions.
The Bluetti AC300 is equipped with a BMS control system, which is responsible for monitoring and protecting the system’s operation. It helps monitor power parameters, charging, discharging and the status of connected battery modules. This is important for the safety, stable operation and longevity of the entire system.
The information display allows you to monitor the inverter’s key operating parameters. Smart control is also available via the Bluetti mobile app for iOS and Android. Through the app, you can monitor the system’s status, control its operation, check settings and manage power more conveniently.
The inverter’s housing measures 358×520×320 mm and weighs 21.6 kg. It is a fairly substantial yet still portable unit that can be used as the foundation for a home backup system or a portable power station. However, for full operation, a compatible B300 battery must be connected separately.
The Bluetti AC300 inverter is the solution for those who need a scalable power system with high power output, a pure sine wave, UPS functionality, a solar input of up to 2400 W, and the ability to expand capacity up to 12,288 Wh. It is well suited for home backup power, use with solar panels, off-grid systems, office equipment, and users who wish to build their own flexible energy system based on Bluetti B300 modules.
