The Anker SOLIX PS200 is a portable 200 W solar panel for anyone who wants to make the most of their power station not just at home, but also whilst on the move. Whether you’re camping, in a motorhome, in a garden shed or on longer outdoor trips: the panel can be set up quickly, positioned to face the sun and connected directly to a compatible power station.
Compared to many traditional 200 W solar panels, the PS200 remains pleasantly compact. When folded up, it fits easily into a car or campervan, and weighing around 4.81 kg, it can also be carried comfortably over short distances. This is particularly handy for users who do not wish to install their solar panel permanently, but prefer to use it flexibly wherever the sun is shining.
The unique feature of the Anker SOLIX PS200 is its bifacial design. The panel not only harnesses direct sunlight on the front, but can also utilise reflected light on the back. On light-coloured surfaces such as concrete, sand, gravel, snow or light-coloured patios, this can generate up to 10 per cent more energy.
The built-in N-type solar cells achieve a conversion efficiency of over 25 per cent. This is particularly helpful when the sun is not in an ideal position all day or when the panel needs to be re-oriented frequently whilst on the move. For optimum performance, the solar panel should be as free from shade as possible and facing directly towards the sun.
The PS200 is IP68-rated for protection against dust and water. This makes it well-suited for mobile outdoor use, for example at campsites, in the garden or when travelling in a motorhome. The robust surface and reinforced frame are designed to withstand frequent assembly and disassembly.
The package includes two 2.5 m solar cables and a 0.5 m XT60i solar charging cable. This allows the panel to be connected to compatible Anker SOLIX power stations without any complicated installation. Simply unfold, connect, align, and the power station will start charging.
The Anker SOLIX PS200 does not store energy itself. It is used in conjunction with a power station or another compatible device with a solar input. The actual charging power depends on the weather, the position of the sun, temperature, shading, orientation and the connected device.
