The Anker SOLIX PS400B is a high-performance portable solar panel for anyone who wants to charge their power station much faster and with greater independence. With up to 400 W of solar power, it is particularly well suited for camping, motorhomes, garden sheds, extended outdoor stays and as a practical addition to a mobile emergency power supply.
A high-performance solar panel really makes a difference, especially with larger power stations: instead of waiting many hours for a slow charge, the PS400B utilises the available sunlight much more effectively. This leaves more energy for cool boxes, laptops, lighting, routers, tools or other devices needed whilst on the move or away from a mains socket.
With a maximum output of 400 W, the Anker SOLIX PS400B is designed for fast solar charging. When combined with a compatible Anker PowerStation, it creates a flexible energy solution for places where no mains socket is available or where you specifically want to generate electricity from solar energy.
The monocrystalline solar cells achieve a conversion efficiency of up to 23 per cent. The textured surface helps to absorb sunlight more effectively and improve charging performance. For optimum performance, the panel should be positioned as freely as possible, free from shade and facing directly towards the sun.
The PS400B can be set at four different angles depending on the location, time of day and season: 30°, 40°, 50° or 80°. This is very practical in everyday use, as the sun’s position varies in the morning, at midday and in the evening. With the right tilt, you can make the most of the available sunlight.
Despite its high performance, the solar panel remains portable. It can be folded up, transported and quickly set up again when needed. Its IP67 rating makes it resistant to dust and water, so it’s ideal for use whilst camping or in outdoor settings.
The package includes the Anker SOLIX PS400 solar panel, two 3 m MC4 solar charging cables, one 0.5 m MC4 to XT-60 solar charging cable and a safety guide. This allows the panel to be quickly connected to compatible power stations and used without any complicated installation.
The solar panel does not store energy itself. To use it, you’ll need a suitable power station or a compatible device with a solar input. The actual charging power depends on sunlight intensity, orientation, temperature, shade and the connected device. 400 W is the panel’s maximum power; the actual charging power received may be lower.
