Pramac GBW 22 P 400V diesel generator with a 404J-22G engine

The Pramac GBW22P, fitted with a Perkins 404J-22G engine, is a three-phase diesel generator housed in a soundproof enclosure, designed to provide reliable backup or primary power for industrial facilities, workshops, commercial premises, engineering systems and other equipment requiring a stable power supply.

The generator operates at 400 V in a three-phase configuration. The PRP rated power is 16.10 kW, and the ESP standby power is 17.60 kW. This power reserve is well suited for backup power supply to buildings, pumping equipment, lighting, automation and other 3-phase loads.

The Pramac GBW22P is equipped with a Perkins 404J-22G diesel engine with a displacement of 2,220 cm³. This is a 4-cylinder in-line engine with water cooling, naturally aspirated intake and a mechanical speed governor. Electric start ensures convenient commissioning of the generator, and compliance with the Stage V standard makes this version a more modern design compared to the older model.

The 51-litre fuel tank ensures good range. The technical specifications for this version explicitly state a fuel consumption of 4.00 l/h at 75% PRP and 5.56 l/h at 100% PRP. Operating time is up to 12.75 hours at 75% load and up to 9.17 hours at 100% load.

A distinct advantage of this version is the Mecc Alte ECP28-M4 C alternator with a brushless design and a DSR digital voltage regulator. The documentation specifies a voltage accuracy of ±1%, as well as the capability for short-term overloading to start engines and handle more demanding loads. This sets this model apart from the older version with the Linz alternator.

The soundproof enclosure reduces noise levels thanks to insulating materials and an effective internal silencer. The noise level is 66/95 dB, making the generator suitable for use near buildings and technical areas where a quieter environment is important.

The generator can be equipped with a manual MCP panel or an automatic ACP panel. The manual panel includes a voltmeter, ammeter, hour meter, emergency stop button and a standard set of sockets. The automatic ACP panel supports automatic start-up, remote start, generator parameter monitoring and connection to an LTS panel for backup power.
