ThePramac PX 4000 is a compact petrol generator designed for both backup and operational power supply, delivering a stable single-phase output of 230 V / 50 Hz. The model is equipped with an AVR electronic system, which helps maintain a stable voltage for connected loads. The generator is suitable for the home, workshops, service calls, construction work and as a backup power source for essential equipment.
The model’s rated power is 2.3 kW, and the maximum power is 2.7 kW. This is a good option for powering lighting, pumps, household appliances, power tools and other single-phase loads. The control panel features two Schuko 230V 16A IP54 sockets, as well as a built-in voltmeter, frequency meter, hour meter and fuel gauge. Thermal protection and Oil Guard are included for safety.
The generator runs on petrol and is equipped with a 208 cm³ air-cooled SR170F engine. The fuel tank capacity is 18.5 litres, and fuel consumption at 100% load is 1.29 litres per hour, providing up to 14.34 hours of continuous operation. At 75% load, consumption is 0.96 litres per hour, and running time is 19.27 hours.
The model features a sturdy tubular frame, an integrated handle and wheels for easy transport. The generator’s dimensions are 600 × 439 × 588 mm, with a dry weight of 53 kg. The alternator’s protection class is IP23M, and its insulation class is H. The noise level is 93 dB(A) LWA, and the sound pressure at a distance of 7 metres is 65 dB(A).
