The Könner & Söhnen KS 2000PS portable power station is a high-performance mobile power source for the home, holiday home, workshop, travel, backup power during outages, and off-grid operation of equipment where there is no stable mains supply. The model combines high power output, a high-capacity LiFePO4 battery, fast charging, support for solar panels, convenient smartphone control and the option to connect an additional battery.

The station has a rated power of 2400 W and a maximum power of 4800 W. This capacity allows it to be used not only for charging phones, laptops, routers or lighting, but also for powering more demanding domestic and industrial equipment. It is a good option for backup power for a flat, private house, office space, small workshop, holiday home or field work.

At the heart of the Könner & Söhnen KS 2000PS is a LiFePO4 lithium iron phosphate battery with a capacity of 2240 Wh. This type of battery offers increased longevity, stable performance and better resistance to a large number of charge and discharge cycles. The claimed lifespan of up to 4,000 cycles makes the station practical for regular use, rather than just for rare emergency situations.

LiFePO4 batteries are considered more reliable for long-term use, as they are less prone to overheating and better withstand intensive use. This is particularly important for a charging station that can serve as a daily backup power source for critical equipment, communication systems, lighting, laptops, household appliances and other devices.

The 2240 Wh capacity provides a significant energy reserve for autonomous operation. The station can be used to power routers, televisions, laptops, chargers, lighting, small household appliances, camping equipment and other devices. The actual runtime depends on the total load, the operating mode of the connected equipment, inrush currents and conversion losses, but in terms of its class, this model is already suitable for a more substantial home backup.

There are 4 x 220 V sockets for connecting AC devices. This is convenient when you need to connect several devices at once without additional adapters or extension leads. For example, the power station can power lighting, a router, a laptop, a TV, chargers and other equipment within the permissible power limit.

For modern electronics, the model is equipped with two USB Type-C ports. One port supports PD 100 W, the other PD 45 W. This allows you to quickly charge compatible laptops, tablets, smartphones, portable consoles and other devices without the need for separate power adapters. There are also 2×USB-A 18W ports for fast charging of phones, headphones, torches, power banks and other gadgets.

In addition to USB and AC outputs, the station has 2 DC5525 12 V/10 A outputs, a 12 V/10 A cigarette lighter socket and an Anderson XT60 port with a maximum power of 2×500 W. Thanks to this range of connections, the KS 2000PS can be used with various types of equipment: from household appliances to automotive, camping and DC devices.

The station supports charging from the mains, car charging and solar panels. Charging time from a 220 V mains supply is approximately 2 hours, which is particularly convenient for a backup scenario: once mains power is restored, the device can be quickly prepared for the next period of off-grid operation.

Support for solar panels makes the model useful for more independent use. The station can be charged using solar energy at a holiday home, when camping, during long trips, or in places where access to the mains is limited. MPPT technology helps to utilise the power of solar panels more efficiently by adapting the charging process to changes in light levels and temperature.

A particular advantage of this model is the ability to connect an additional battery. This allows you to increase the total energy reserve and extend the runtime. This feature is particularly useful during prolonged power cuts, for holiday homes, backup power systems, or scenarios where you need to power equipment for longer without frequently recharging the main unit.

A digital display is provided to monitor operation. It shows key information on charge status, temperature, fan operation and mains connection. This allows the user to quickly assess the current status of the power station, see which outputs are active, and monitor the device’s performance under load.

The Könner & Söhnen KS 2000PS supports Bluetooth and control via the Power Zero mobile app. This allows you to monitor the charge, check the station’s status and control the output ports from your smartphone. This format is convenient for everyday use, especially if the station is used as part of a backup power supply or is not located near the workplace.

A multi-level protection system helps to make operation safer. The station features protection against overvoltage, overcharging and battery overheating. This is important for preserving battery life, ensuring stable operation under load and protecting connected devices.

The casing is made of black plastic. Dimensions are 409×299×307 mm, and the weight is 25.9 kg. Thanks to its portable design and built-in handle, the station can be moved around the house, transported in a car, taken to a holiday home, or used for outdoor tasks.

The built-in LED torch adds practicality during power cuts, night-time use, camping or working in low-light conditions. This is a useful feature for real-life situations where the station is used not only as a power source but also as an auxiliary emergency device.

The Könner & Söhnen KS 2000PS portable power station is a powerful solution for users who require high capacity, high power output, fast charging and modern control features. It is suitable for the home, the holiday home, backup power during outages, off-grid operation of equipment, camping and mobile tasks. Thanks to its LiFePO4 battery, a cycle life of up to 4,000 cycles, 4 x 220 V sockets, support for solar panels, MPPT, Bluetooth and the ability to connect an additional battery, this model is well suited for long-term and reliable operation.
