ThePramac W220 TDC is a professional petrol-powered welding generator designed for reliable, self-contained operation in workshops, on construction sites, by service teams and during on-site installation work. The model combines the functions of a power source and welding equipment, making it a practical solution for sites where mobility, durability and stable operation are required.
The generator provides a welding current of 40–220 A, allowing for a wide range of welding tasks. The model supports Rutile, Basic and Cellulose electrodes with a diameter of up to 5 mm, making it well-suited for both repair work and more intensive professional applications.
At the heart of the unit is a reliable Honda GX390 petrol engine with a displacement of 389 cm³. Its maximum power output is 7.7 kW, and its rated power is 6.6 kW. Air cooling, a mechanical speed regulator and a manual start make the unit easy to maintain and capable of withstanding daily use.
The Pramac W220 TDC has 400/230 V outputs, allowing it to power both 3-phase and 1-phase loads. The maximum 3-phase power is 5.5 kW, and the maximum 1-phase power is 2.4 kW. This allows you to connect not only a welding circuit but also additional equipment, power tools or auxiliary devices on site.
The 6.1-litre fuel tank provides up to 2.8 hours of operation at 75% load, with fuel consumption in this mode being 2.2 litres per hour. For professional use, this is a convenient figure that allows you to plan your work cycle without unnecessary stoppages.
The model features a sturdy open tubular frame, which effectively protects the generator’s components during transport and operation. With dimensions of 875×620×600 mm and a weight of 80 kg, the generator remains a practical solution for mobile use at various sites.
The Pramac W220 TDC is an excellent choice for those seeking a reliable welding generator with a good welding current reserve, a high-quality Honda engine, support for 3-phase and 1-phase connections, and a simple, robust design for professional use.
