The Pramac PX 8000 is a powerful three-phase petrol generator designed for professional backup and operational power supply. The model operates at 400/230 V, 50 Hz and has 3 phases, making it suitable for powering both three-phase and some single-phase equipment. The generator is equipped with an AVR system, which helps maintain a stable output voltage.
The model delivers 4.8 kW of maximum power (ESP) and 4.0 kW of continuous power (COP). For single-phase connection, the manufacturer specifies a maximum power of 2.0 kVA and a continuous power of 1.5 kVA, which is important to bear in mind when connecting a 230 V load.
The generator uses a 420 cm³ air-cooled SR190F petrol engine. It features an electric start, which significantly simplifies operation. The 27-litre fuel tank provides up to 9.82 hours of operation at 100% load and up to 13.11 hours at 75% load. Fuel consumption is 2.75 litres per hour at 100% load and 2.06 litres per hour at 75%.
To connect equipment, the generator is fitted with three types of sockets: 1 × Schuko 230V 16A IP54, 1 × CEE 230V 16A IP44 and 1 × CEE 400V 16A IP44. The control panel features a voltmeter, frequency meter, hour meter and fuel gauge. Thermal protection and Oil Guard are provided for safety. The generator has a sturdy, compact frame, an integrated handle and wheels for transport. Its dimensions are 727 × 515 × 670 mm, and its dry weight is 97 kg.
