Pramac GBW 22 P 400V diesel generator with 404A-22G engine

The Pramac GBW22P is a 3-phase diesel generator housed in a soundproof enclosure, designed to provide reliable backup or primary power for facilities, technical rooms, workshops, commercial areas, engineering systems and other equipment requiring a stable power supply.

The generator operates at 400 V in a 3-phase configuration. The PRP rated power is 15.82 kW, and the ESP standby power is 17.46 kW. This power reserve is well suited for backup power supply to buildings, pumping equipment, lighting, automation and other 3-phase loads.

The Pramac GBW22P is equipped with a Perkins 404A-22G1 diesel engine with a displacement of 2,216 cm³. This is a 4-cylinder in-line engine with water cooling, naturally aspirated intake and a mechanical speed governor. Electric start ensures convenient commissioning of the generator.

The 51-litre fuel tank ensures good running time. For this version, the documentation explicitly states a fuel consumption of 3.98 l/h at 75% PRP and 5.27 l/h at 100% PRP. Operating time is up to 12.81 hours at 75% load and up to 9.68 hours at 100% load.

The Linz E1S13MF alternator features a brush design, 4 poles and insulation class H. The model specifies a voltage accuracy of ±4% from no-load to full load at a stable rotational speed. The low harmonic level allows for the connection of various types of loads.

The soundproof enclosure reduces noise levels thanks to insulating materials and an effective internal silencer. The noise level is 66/95 dB, making the generator suitable for use near buildings and technical areas.

The generator can be fitted with either a manual MCP panel or an automatic ACP panel. The automatic panel supports remote start and connection to an automatic transfer switch system.
