Your right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel (withdraw) your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period begins as soon as you or a person named by you (who is not the deliverer) has received the goods.

You can use the cancellation form below. It is only important that you inform us within the 14 days that you wish to cancel the contract.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund the purchase price and the costs of the cheapest standard delivery (but not additional costs for express or special deliveries).

The refund will be made at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation.

We can refuse to make the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Returning the goods

  • You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days after your cancellation.
  • You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
  • Please return the goods in an unused, undamaged condition and in the original packaging if possible. However, this is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
  • If the goods are damaged or heavily worn due to excessive use, you must pay for the loss in value.

Right of cancellation for consumers only

This right of cancellation applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB. There is no right of cancellation for entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB).

Return costs for forwarding goods

Please note: For returns of forwarding goods (e.g. generators), the customer bears the direct return costs. These can be considerable depending on the weight and place of delivery:

  • up to 50 kg: up to €70 (within Germany)
  • 50-150 kg: up to 160 € (within Germany)
  • 150-300 kg: up to 280 € (within Germany)
  • over 300 kg: from 300 €

For returns from abroad (EU), the costs can be correspondingly higher and amount to up to €500.

The exact return costs for forwarding goods will be communicated to the customer in the event of cancellation and are based on weight, distance and current forwarding prices

The return costs for forwarding goods correspond at least to the original delivery costs and can be significantly higher depending on the distance and weight.

Returns must be made by prior arrangement with us. Returns that have not been agreed free of charge cannot be accepted. The customer will be invoiced for the costs of a return that has not been agreed with us in advance.

Returns made by the customer without prior agreement or freight collect returns will not be accepted. Any costs incurred will be charged to the customer

Note on value replacement

A generator that has been filled with operating materials (e.g. petrol, diesel, oil) and put into operation is no longer considered to be new. In the event of a return, we are entitled to claim compensation for the loss in value up to the full purchase price, provided that resale as new goods is no longer possible.

Please note: Even a short period of commissioning with operating materials regularly leads to a considerable loss in value, as the device can no longer be sold as a new product
