Delivery time

Delivery time within Germany

The delivery time is 1-4 working days. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

Orders received by 14:00 on working days will be dispatched on the same day.

In the case of forwarding deliveries, the delivery time may be extended by 1-2 working days depending on the product and delivery location

Should a delivery fail due to the customer's unwillingness to accept or incorrect address details, the customer shall bear the additional costs incurred as a result (e.g. new journey or storage costs)

If the customer refuses to accept forwarding goods without a legal reason, the customer shall bear the full costs for transport there and back as well as any storage costs

Delivery time abroad

The delivery time is usually 5-7 working days.

Please note: Deliveries to non-EU countries may incur additional customs duties, taxes and fees. These are to be borne by the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.

The return of forwarding goods is carried out exclusively by forwarding agents commissioned by us. Own returns without prior agreement will not be accepted

Shipping methods

Depending on the size and weight of your order, delivery will be made by DHL, DPD, UPS or a forwarding agent.

In the case of forwarding deliveries, the delivery date will be agreed with you in advance by telephone. Please ensure that you can be reached by telephone.

Heavy and bulky goods (generators weighing approx. 50 kg or more) are delivered exclusively by a forwarding agent. The exact shipping costs are shown in the order process.

Delivery by a forwarding agent is made to the kerbside. Transport within the property or into buildings is not included and may have to be agreed separately

Note: For cross-border deliveries outside the EU, charges may apply which are to be borne by the customer.

All shipping costs are inclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated).

The return shipping costs for forwarding goods may equal or exceed the original delivery costs

Payment methods

We offer the following payment options:

1. Prepayment / bank transfer

   Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. The dispatch takes place after receipt of payment.

2. PayPal

   You can pay conveniently via PayPal.

3. Credit card (Visa / Mastercard / possibly others)

   Your credit card account will be debited upon completion of the order.

4. Cash on delivery (only in Germany)

   You pay the invoice amount directly when the parcel is handed over to the courier. An additional fee of € 7.00 will be charged.

5. Invoice (only for business customers after verification)

   Business customers with a valid VAT ID number can be supplied on account.

Invoicing and value added tax

• All prices include the statutory value added tax.
• For deliveries to entrepreneurs within the EU (outside Germany), a net invoice without German VAT can be issued if a valid VAT ID number is provided.
• For deliveries to Switzerland and other non-EU countries, the invoice will be issued net and the import VAT will be borne by the recipient.

Right of cancellation

Consumers have a statutory right of cancellation of 14 days for online orders.

Returned items should be in unused, undamaged condition and in their original packaging if possible. However, this is not a mandatory requirement for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.

A mere refusal to accept the goods without an express declaration of cancellation is not considered an effective cancellation.

Note on compensation for lost value

A generator that has been filled with operating materials (e.g. petrol, diesel, oil) and put into operation is no longer considered a new product. In the event of cancellation, we are entitled to claim compensation for the loss in value up to the full purchase price if resale as new goods is no longer possible

For certain items (e.g. as part of direct shipping/dropshipping), delivery is made directly by the manufacturer or wholesaler. In these cases, their shipping and packaging conditions apply. We have only limited influence on the actual delivery time. For

In the case of direct shipping/dropshipping, responsibility for delivery time, packaging and transport damage lies with the respective manufacturer or wholesaler. Our liability is limited exclusively to the proper forwarding of the order

Please note: Even a short commissioning with operating materials regularly leads to a considerable loss in value, as the device can no longer be sold as new.

We are not liable for delays caused by the manufacturer or wholesaler in the case of direct shipping/dropshipping

Please check the goods on delivery for externally visible transport damage and have this confirmed in writing by the carrier. Without written confirmation, a settlement by the transport insurance cannot be guaranteed.

In the event of recognisable transport damage, the customer is obliged to have this confirmed by the carrier immediately upon delivery

Transport damage that is not documented immediately upon delivery and confirmed by the carrier cannot be subsequently claimed.
